Ladi Vee's Veterans of the Year Award Nomination
Why should you nominate a veteran? Veterans are our true heroes that fought for us to enjoy all the freedoms that we have today. Even after their unwavering duty to our country, they return back home and demonstrate the same honor, duty, and commitment within our communities all across the world! They are truly our “celebrities” that require no glitter or glam in order to do give what most have not – their lives. So please make it your priority -not an option to nominate your favorite Veteran Hero!Please include with this nomination form a one page biography, with information of the veterans military service, branch of service, years of service, awards and decorations, community service, special recognitions and any other pertinent information you would like to be considered.
In addition, you must state why this person should be nominated for "LadiVee's for Veterans Award." **Veterans must live in the city of LadiVee's Etiquette and Consulting, LLC annual events.
